This Privacy Statement covers the information practices of Web sites that link to this Privacy Statement, including:

YOUR INFORMATION: When we refer to your information, we are referring to both your personal information, as defined under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and client information that we receive from dealing with your school and their representatives.

These sites will contain and collect data by the school you are enrolled at.  Timetabling Solutions provides the infrastructure and service to the school, enabling the school to carry out these programs.

The information practices or the content of these Web sites is governed by the privacy statements of the school.

Timetabling Solutions encourages you to review the privacy statements of your school to understand their information practices.


As you navigate the Web site, Timetabling Solutions may collect information through the use of commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and Web beacons (“Web Site Navigational Information”).

Web Site Navigational Information includes standard information from your Web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and the actions you take on the Web sites (such as the Web pages viewed and the links clicked).


Web Site Navigational Information that is collected allows us to review performance and use of our web sites so we can improve the sites.

We do not use the data for direct marketing.


Timetabling Solutions clients may submit data or information to the Services for hosting and processing purposes. Timetabling Solutions will not share, distribute, or reference any such data except as provided in the Master Subscription Agreement signed with the school, or as may be required by law. In accordance with the Master Subscription Agreement, Timetabling Solutions may access data only for the purpose of providing the Services, preventing or addressing service or technical problems, at a Client’s request in connection with customer support matters, or as may be required by law.

ACCESS TO YOUR DATA (Correction or Removal)

To access your data, please contact your school.  Timetabling Solutions cannot access your data without the permission and instruction by your school.


We may store your information in hard copy or electronic format, in storage facilities that we own and operate ourselves, or that are owned and operated by our service providers. We take reasonable steps to maintain the security of your information and to protect it from unauthorised disclosures.


Timetabling Solutions uses robust security measures to protect Clients Data from unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and help ensure the appropriate use of Clients Data. When the Services are accessed using Internet Explorer version 7.0 or later, Firefox version 2.0 or later, or Safari version 3.0 or later, Secure Socket Layer (.SSL.) technology protects the Client Data using both server authentication and data encryption. These technologies help ensure that the Client Data is safe, secure, and only available to the Client to whom the information belongs and those to whom the Client has granted access. Timetabling Solutions hosts its Web sites in a secure server environment that uses firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.


Timetabling Solutions reserves the right to change this Privacy Statement. Timetabling Solutions will provide notification of the material changes to this Privacy Statement through the Company’s Web sites.

If you think that we have not complied with the Privacy Act you can make a complaint by using the contact details in the How to contact us section of our Privacy Statement.

We will acknowledge your complaint in writing as soon as practicable within 7 days. We will aim to investigate and resolve your complaint within 30 days of receiving it.

If we need more time, we will notify you about the reasons for the delay and ask for your agreement to extend this 30 day period.

Complaints are handled confidentially with a solutions focused approach involving the Privacy Officer and the General Manager. 

At any stage you may elect to have a representative involved.
