Daily Reports
Hosted by Timetabling Solutions on Microsoft Azure, provides read-only access to the Master timetable and all individual teacher, room and student timetables, student lists and school bulletins. View free teachers, free rooms and free students. It can also be configured to display Teacher Totals, Student Activity Totals, Selected Day Reports and File Statistics showing the Teacher uncounted values.
Daily Reports caters for two roles, 'Viewer' and 'Restricted' so you can assign the appropriate access for each user.
Daily Reports - Restricted: Master timetable, and ALL individual teacher, room and student timetables, student lists and school bulletins. View free teachers, free rooms and free students.
Daily Reports - Viewer: It also displays teacher totals, student activity totals, selected day reports and file statistics showing the teachers' uncounted values.
* The 'student population guide to user' in the pricing table is a guide only. Schools may find they have a lower student population and need more users than suggested or fewer users.
The Staff & Student Access Portals are supplied with your Daily Organiser subscription and allow the individual to view their timetable, class lists, upcoming changes and the bulletin. For users that need to view all timetables for all staff, students and rooms, we recommend Daily Reports.
