User Access Request

Every Timetabling Solutions client with a current Software Maintenance Agreement has access to the Management Portal on https://timetabling.education which hosts our cloud apps and allows users to activate the Version 10 desktop application.

Please select the user role you require and submit the request.
 

Alternatively, if your school is currently using our products your Global Administrator at the school can do this for you and you do not need to complete this form.
 

Global Administrator (limit 3 per school): View and manage all configurations and settings within a school for Timetabling Solutions apps. Recommended for IT and high-level support personnel

Manage school details, campuses, term dates, students, teachers, rooms, year levels, duty areas, faculties, student and teacher access portal settings, Daily Organiser notification settings, including file explorer and export bundles.

Manage users and their roles in the Management Portal for their school.  Recommended for Course Managers, Staffing Managers and Preferences Managers so they can add users to access their apps.  (need to have a role to be able to assign a role applies)

Access to V10 desktop app.  EVERY user is required to Sign in with their work email address and; password (SSO supported) to operate Version 10.  You MUST be assigned the role of Timetabler, regardless of any other Admin role, to sign in to Version 10

Daily Organiser (user limits apply): Manage daily timetable changes such as teacher absences, lesson cancellations, activities, and replacement teachers
