From September 30th, 2025, the initial purchase of Timetabling Solutions includes allows a site to create three campuses.
This can be the same physical site, such as defining the junior, middle, and senior schools, or it could be separate physical sites, such as primary and secondary. A separate campus will have a separate timetable and daily organiser data.
An additional campus allows the software to create additional datasets.
The software license renewals are based on the total student population across all campuses, an additional campus fee is added to your annual renewal.
