A standard feature in Version 7 General Access, unfortunately when creating Version 8 it was overlooked.
The display settings for photos in General Access are now entered in Configure/General Access/Photo Settings.
The details you enter here become the default setting. However, any user of General Access can edit the setting on the print dialog for that one time.
Remember to always click "Apply Current Settings from All Tabs" whenever you make changes in Configure/General Access so that they are published to the application.
