Phone Support

 

Assistance is available by phone to provide assistance on any timetabling matter.  Clients can email their data so that our fully trained and accredited consultants can quickly identify the area of need and assist you in using the functions while under instruction.

 

Phone tutorials are available on any timetabling matter.  A pre paid 5 hour block of phone tutorial time is available for AUD$880 (inc. GST), otherwise phone tutorials are charged at $45 + GST per quarter hour or part thereof. 

 

Our consultants are highly trained and fully accredited, with experience in every possible curriculum/constraint requirement from schools across Australia.
