Available whilst on a Software Maintenance Agreement. No additional fees apply.

Prepare your Student Options file for the next term of study with all the students and options updated. Ensure students have unique codes and the options have unique names and codes. Go to File|Export and select the Web Preferences import file (*.wpi) and save to your nominated location.

Submit your registration. Click here to open the Registration Form (SMA username/password required). Enter your details, upload your *.wpi file and and Submit Registration. You will receive an email with the Student Access Guides in PDF for you to distribute. Students logon and submit preferences.

Import the collected preferences. Once you have reached your nominated close date, within 5 days you will receive the collected preferences in a new sof file from Timetabling Solutions. Save the YourFileName.sof file to your nominated location and rename. |

Web Preferences Features
- Nominate the Opening and Closing dates that students will be able to submit their preferences.
- Create an opening message for students, such as "choose 5 subjects and nominate a reserve preference at Preference 6".
- Create a closing message for students, such as "print this receipt and have your parent or guardian sign and return to...".
- Nominate the maximum number of preferences a student can submit.
- Nominate the maximum number of times a student may change their submission.
* If you use subject weightings we recommend using the Web Preferences Manager which handles different subject weightings.
