Timetable Development

This module is the keystone of The Timetabler V8.  Its numerous exclusive features assist you in the preparation, planning and construction of your timetable.  It allows you to make allocations interactively or automatically and addresses any curriculum, specific constraints and easily manages multi campuses.  It identifies problems and suggests possible solutions with features such as Clash Matrix and Look Ahead Tests.  Editing tools allow you to make changes easily, including features to show teacher, room and seating availability.  The module manages yard duty automatically and allows user defined load weightings to one decimal place.

Parameters

• Ability to have Period codes in addition to Period Names

Allocation Constraints

• Ability to have two period cards not on consecutive days considered during the construction process
• Ability to have three period cards not on consecutive days considered during the construction process
• Ability to have the minimum number of periods off per day for selected teachers considered during the construction process
• Ability to have the disallowed number of consecutive period lesson allocations per day for selected teachers considered during the construction process

Year Levels & Roll Classes

Faculty Names

• Ability to sort faculties

Allocate Yard Duties

• Shading indicates when teachers have reached their load limit
