DayMap - Web Attendance PRICING and REGISTRATION

 

 

DayMap - Web Attendance is licensed per timetable (tdf) file on a 12 month subscription basis.  Typically most schools will have a single tdf file, the number of teachers and students in your tdf file is unlimited. 

 
DayMap - Web Attendance does not place any limit on the number of teachers or students per tdf file and the price remains the same, AUD$2,700 + GST per 12 month subscription.

 

Before Registering please view the PDF document of the form.  This will allow you to gather all the required information before begining your registration.

1.  Preview Registration and order form details (PDF 304 KB)

 

2.  Prepare the User Account Details.  Open the following templates, add your details and select Save As.  You will be required to upload these during regsitration.

 

        Administrators - StaffAccounts.xls (15 KB)

Teachers - TimetableAccounts.xls (15 KB)

 

School Staff - StaffAccounts.xls (15 KB)

3.  Prepare your Absence Codes. You can use your own codes or use the default codes.  If using your own codes please open and edit the template below the select Save As.  You will be required to upload these during regsitration.

4.  Start Registration and Order
