How to create an Exam Timetable.
Tuesday, May 26, 2009
The Timetabler has an exam database function for creating exam timetables.
The exam database function copies the student data from your current database but makes some adjustments: 1. Any preferences that were not assigned are deleted 2. The number of lines on the Tallies screen is set to one for each option 3. The grid is deleted. This allows the creation of a clash-free grid with one class for each option where students are only allocated to the subjects that they are actually studying. The attached lesson steps you through the process of creating an exam database. Please visit our Lesson Library located on our Support page for information regarding creating exam timetables for different sub grids.
