STUDENT OPTIONS

A function has been added to make it simple to assign all students from a particular class allocated on the grid to the same roll class.

TIMETABLE DEVELOPMENT

A number of new features have been added to provide additional information to the user regarding a range of timetable spread issues for teachers and classes.

Information | Teachers | Faculties
A report can be generated which shows each teacher with the faculties that they have been assigned to listed beside their name

Information | Meetings | Copy Meetings
The copy function has been enhanced to include the name of the meeting, when previously it copied the staff attending and the load.

Information | Courses | Copy Next/ Copy End when used with MRCGs
Copy function also copies the name and code of the existing MRCG to the new MRCG

Information | Class Names

Two columns have been added which show Teachers Taking and Teachers in Faculty beside every class code. The details in the columns are taken from Information | Staffing and Information | Courses.

Information | Students | Bands | Display and Quick Edit
The Display and Quick Edit function have been added to the Bands screen to assist in allocating student to band groups.

Construction | Room Usage | Courses
To assist with allocating rooms to classes in RURs, a link to Information | Courses has been included on the Room Usage Display screen. This link will take you to the class code the cursor was on in the Room Usage Allocation screen.

Construction | Edit Timetable | Rooming
When using the rooming tools that provide an on/off listing for the whole cycle, the column is now highlighted in green to make it easier to see when the class is allocated to find the free rooms.


DAILY ORGANISER

Information | Teachers | Use Limits
The facility to enter both a cycle limit and an overall limit of counted replacements for each teacher is now available. The limits are displayed on the Replacements screen and when a limit is reached, they are highlighted. Additionally, the user is warned if they wish to assign a replacement which would exceed the limit.

Events | Replacements | Period/Teacher Order
Replacements for the day can be shown in either teacher or period order. This is a simple way to assist users to assign the same replacement teacher to cover all of the classes of a single member of staff.
