Entering Load Adjustments in a new Daily Organiser file
Tuesday, July 24, 2007
Load Adjustments can be used to indicate the number of replacements that have already been taken by each member of staff.
If you want the number of replacements that have already been taken to be accounted for in a new Daily Organiser file, you can use Teacher Load Adjustments.

This feature is located on the Events menu and for each teacher you will need to enter the count and the load for the replacements taken so far. Usually, these two values will be the same. If required, you can also include a note for your information.

The attached lesson outlines the process for entering a teacher load adjustment, using the example of a teacher who is overload.
