Product Lifecycle
This policy is designed to inform clients of the length of time Timetabling Solutions provides support for each version of The Timetabler. The Support Lifecycle policy establishes a clear and predictable policy for product support timelines, to assist clients with managing their support needs, and to allow information technology planning within their schools to be based on knowledge of the support timelines for Timetabling Solutions products.
The Support Lifecycle has no affect on how long a product can be used; rather the Support Lifecycle outlines how long Timetabling Solutions will provide support for products.
