Students are offered choice in their course of study and assigned options. Options are placed on a grid then assigned to students. This module has two modes – single user and multi user. Single User has all the features available. Courses are scheduled to time slots in the teaching cycle. This module includes Auto Yard Duty, Unscheduled Duties and Individual Student Timetables. It allows you to make allocations interactively or automatically and addresses any curriculum, specific constraints and easily manages multi campuses. It identifies problems and suggests possible solutions with features such as the clash matrix and look-ahead tests. Teacher replacements, lesson cancellations, student activities/absences and daily bulletins (etc) are managed. This module includes Morning Bulletin and re-assigning students whose lessons have been cancelled to other lessons. More information...
